I have seen the dvd....not impressed, drills are ok, but it is mostly common sense things concerning switching. I feel like I wasted my money on the dvd. I would like any notes you may have on switching man to man.

Coach vthunder and Ibkeith some of the best info I have read came out of the Coaches and AD magainze by a coach named al summers or sauders from ohio on preasure switching man to man. I bet you could get that maginze and you won't be dissapointed. hope this helps
