For the past 8 weeks, I have been having my girls basketball team do plyos in my Conditioning Class two times per week. They usually do power skips, lateral cone jumps, bounding, backboard/net touches and the use of plyo boxes. They usually complete 3 sets of 10 reps on most exercises. They have bulit up to this from one set during week 1 and gradually making our way to 3. How many weeks should I have the program last and what should I have them do during the season to keep it up? Please let me know.
