Here is one that I've seen them run, out of a 1-4 high set, O2 clears out, O1 passes to O5 then cuts around O4's UCLA screen looking for a give and go. O5 can pass it to O2 for the straight 3-pointer as well.
If give and go isn't there, O4 comes and sets a flex screen. Depending on the defense, O1 can flash up for the 3-pointer, flash to the basket on lazy switch, or flare on the overplay. O4 pops up looking for the quick seal off the switch.
Keep in mind that Pitino really loves to shoot 3s, his teams usually rank among the top 50 in 3-point attempts.
